PETRO Industrial's specialty range of self-bunded tanks range from 600L through to 200 000L in capacities. They include the Liquitainer (LT) Series, the PT Series, the PETRO Store (PS) Series, the PETRO (PC) Cube Series and the Trailers.
Some of the larger tanks have integrated, bunded pump bays and some don't, it all depends on what your needs are. We custom fit all dispensing and monitoring equipment specific to your application and requirements.

The Self Bunded PETRO Cube (PC) tank
The Cube's capacities range from 600L (Safe Fill) to 10,000L (Safe Fill). The CUBE tank is a very versatile tank:
- small footprint – easy to move and re-locate;
- fully baffled - can be transported filled with liquid up to PC6.6;
- perfect for on-site fluid storage and dispensing;
- great for generator fuel storage and feed;
- stack 2-high when full (3 when empty);
- any configuration of equipment can be custom fitted to the tank;
- all connections are under a lockable hatch lid with gas struts;
- suitable for diesel, biodiesel, petrol (gasoline), aviation fuels, lubricants, and diesel exhaust fluid (AdBlue®).
- UL142 / ULCS601 / AS1940, AS1692, AS1170, AS4100, AS1554.1 / BS799 / PPG2 approved.
The Self Bunded PETRO Store (PS) tank
The PETRO Store Tank has a full hight, integrated, waterproof, lockable, bunded pump bay. Its capacities range from 5,000L (Safe Fill) to 20,000L (Safe Fill).
- ideal for home base re-fuelling of fleets and construction vehicles;
- easy to lift, move and transport;
- pump bay houses and configuration of dispensing and monitoring setup;
- fast and easy "Plug-'n-Play" storage/dispensing solution;
- Designed and built in accordance with AS1940, AS1692 and AS1657.
The Self Bunded PETRO Liquitainer (LT) tank
The Liquitainer (LT) Tank is available in 10ft, 20ft, and 40ft container footprint, with or without a bunded pump bay housing.
Its capacities range from 11,240L (Safe Fill) to 107,700L (Safe Fill).
CsC plated – designed and approved to UL142, ULC-S601, BS799, AS1940, AS1692, AS1657;- integrated ladder/platform designed to AS1657;
- multi-compartment tanks are available;
- full under tank visibility;
- removable side panels to allow for simple multiple tank connection;
- suitable for the storage and dispensing of diesel, biodiesel, lubricants, gasoline (petrol) and waste oil.
- paint colour RAL9003 Signal White – tanks are sandblasted to SA2 Standard – hempel marine paint 3 Stage process – primer hempadur 1530. 2nd coat hempadur hi-build 4520 – final coat hempathane enamel 55100 finished dry fi lm thickness no less than 180 um.
The Self Bunded PT tank
The PT Tank is available in two capacity options; 107,500L (Safe Fill) and 194,500L (Safe Fill).
- Designed and approved to UL142, ULC-S601, AS1940, AS1692, AS1657
- the PT110 tank has a pump bay;
- the PT200 tank does not have a pump bay;
- integrated ladder/platform designed to AS1657;
- 4" fill and suction pipes
- De-watering spear and rounded floor profile with engineer low point
- multi-compartment tanks are available;
- full under tank visibility;
- removable side panels to allow for simple multiple tank connection;
- suitable for the storage and dispensing of diesel, biodiesel, lubricants, gasoline (petrol), and waste oil.

The PETRO DG Store
PETRO Industrial also manufactures and markets an intelligent line of Dangerous Goods Stores (DG Stores), which can be utilised to house any hazardous chemicals in an environmentally friendly manner.

The PETRO Low Profile Self Bunded Trailer
The innovative PETRO Low Profile Trailer meets the requirements of the Mining, Civil Construction, Hire Industry and General Industrial Markets.

two options are available, an LPT 1000L (safe fill level 800L) or an LPT 2000L (safe fill level 1,550L) Trailer; - the tank is fully baffled to ensure liquid stability when towing;
- the tank module can be removed;
- dual axle configuration;
- fully hot-dip galvanised frame;
- roller/rocker suspension system;
- pump bay housing with two lockable reverse-opening full-length access doors;
- for hire company applications or stationary equipment connection requirements (such as generators, lighting towers, pumps etc) we provide 2 x suction connection points and 2 x return connection points. These suction and connection points are conveniently located at the rear of the trailer for simple / quick connection to site equipment. We provide foot valves on the 2 x suction points to ensure that you retain a prime on the suction line of the stationary equipment;
- can easily be customised with solar panel kits.
